Relationship Manager - Commercial (Regional QLD)

Strengthen important and diverse customer relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth, helping your customers to prosper and grow in this Relationship Manager role based in Queensland.

• Manage a diverse customer portfolio and lead business growth strategy
• Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Leadership opportunity of a high-end existing Banking client portfolio

YOU | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar Commercial Banking or Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport with sound experience in Business Development
• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of diverse Commercial Banking customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders

THE ROLE | In this role you will handle a large portfolio of diverse Commercial Banking clients as well as managing the end-to-end credit process. You will be a highly experienced Banker with relationship style skill set.
