YOU | As an engaging and influential individual, you will bring your previous experience in Banking to develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with your team, the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will be a highly proactive and outcomes driven individual and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar Banking, Agribusiness or Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport quickly and sound experience in Lending and Business Development
• High levels of motivation and drive to succeed
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | This role will see you develop and manage a diverse portfolio of key customers and referral partners. You will oversee the end-to-end credit approval process and be an experienced Banker with a relationship-style skill set.
