YOU | Bring your experience in business banking to develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Banking industry and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional Australian businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar Banking, Broker/Lender or Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport with sound experience in Lending and Sales
• Understanding of business needs and attitudes of SME Banking customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | This role will see you develop and manage a portfolio of key Small to Medium Banking customers and referral partners. You will oversee the lending and credit requirements and be an experienced Business Banker with a relationship-style skill set. You will be joining an organisation with a strong emphasis on team environment and flexibility.
