YOU | Bring your experience in Business Banking with the skills to develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners. You will have a strong commitment to facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes and will be a highly proactive and outcomes-driven individual. Navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional businesses in this exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive banker. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar Business Banking, Agribusiness or Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport quickly and sound experience in Lending and Business Development
• Understanding of business needs and attitudes of regional Banking customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders
