Agribusiness Analyst - Regional NSW

Assist with the management of a portfolio focusing on the banking needs of multiple industry clients. Provide specialised banking services to your customer base in Regional NSW.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and work with varied stakeholders
• Rewarding role focusing on growth, service, relationship management and providing banking solutions
• Assist with the growth and development of an existing portfolio of diverse Business Banking customers

YOU | You will be enthusiastic about building strong professional relationships in the region and have a desire to expand on your knowledge and experience in the Agribusiness Banking or Agricultural segment. You will have a consistent professional brand with a strong desire to learn, have great communication skills and an amicable nature. In addition, our client seeks someone who has:

• Effective relationship management skills
• Solid Commercial analytical capability
• Previous credit/cash-flow experience
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers

THE ROLE | You will be coached and mentored by experienced members of the team, allowing you to develop exposure to complex corporate client structures whilst building your relationship management skills to support a number of key client portfolios. You will have the opportunity to have direct contact with customers and attend joint visits with them. Other key responsibilities include:

• Researching and preparing credit submissions
• Liaising with and providing solutions for an existing portfolio of clients
• Working with varied stakeholders across the business
• Assist in meeting revenue and compliance targets
