Are you looking for a short-term Filing Officer opportunity in a dynamic and customer service focused team?
YOU | Bring your experience in Documentation Filing/ Payroll/ Accounting and your passion for customer service excellence to this great opportunity to work in a customer focused environment. Your positive attitude, ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders and ability to build rapport quickly, will see you thrive in this role and gain invaluable Government experience. You will also bring:
- Experience in data input and/or payroll/accounting background
- High level attention to detail
- CHRIS21 or similar payroll/accounting system experience (not essential)
- Good data entry skills, accuracy and proven reliability
- Ability to communicate in an exceptional manner, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
THE ROLE | You will deliver an exceptional administrative and customer service experience to the business in these short term roles. A high-paced customer service role with a high-volume workload will keep you engaged.
