Senior Relationship Manager North East VIC

Bring your leadership skills and passion for Agribusiness to this exciting opportunity, ideal for an ambitious and emerging Agribusiness Banker based in the North East of VIC. As a key brand ambassador in the market, you’ll partner with customers and engage with key industry stakeholders, whilst leading a team to provide tailored solutions.

YOU | You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings and will be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional Australian businesses. With strong experience in rural banking, account management and the agricultural industry, you will also bring the following:

• Ability to build rapport with sound experience in business development
• Experience working in commerce, finance or banking (including lending and credit), preferably in a rural or agricultural environment
• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional agricultural customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
• Previous experience in a similar agribusiness or customer relationship management role

THE ROLE | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. Lead a dedicated team and drive the acquisitions strategy of the region with a focus on business growth, brand awareness and the provision of tailored solutions to achieve targets.
