• Manage a high-value agribusiness portfolio and lead strategic growth initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to support and expand lending for agribusiness clients with requirements from $3M to $50M
• Take on a pivotal role within a dynamic agribusiness team with strong local support


YOU | As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as aiding positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will be well-networked and display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Agribusiness Banking community. You will be a driven and solutions-oriented individual who is confident about seeking opportunities in a diverse Banking environment. Ideally you will also possess:

• A deep and diverse knowledge of the agribusiness sector is essential
• Strong credit skills, including cashflow lending, are crucial
• A successful track record in business development, including acquiring new-to-bank clients and a well-established network of referral sources, is required
