You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, client satisfaction, and profitability, while maintaining strong credit standards and aligning with regional and national strategies.

YOU | Bring your proven expertise in client relationship management, credit, and risk to this high-impact role supporting the bank’s high-net worth agribusiness clients. With a deep understanding of agribusiness and strong commercial acumen, you’re known for translating customer needs into meaningful, strategic outcomes. You thrive in a dynamic and competitive market and are skilled at building long-term professional relationships. You will also bring:

• Extensive experience in a banking role with direct exposure to large or complex clients
• Impressive knowledge of the rural industry and agricultural operations
• Well-developed credit and risk assessment capabilities
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of specialised financial products
• A team-focused mindset and a willingness to support and collaborate across the business
