Agribusiness Relationship Manager | Northeast NSW

Strengthen a key portfolio of Agribusiness customers in the New England region of NSW and identify new opportunities for growth in this Agribusiness Relationship Manager role.

YOU | As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, and the broader Northeast NSW community. Your professionalism and credibility within the Agribusiness sector will be key to your success, as will your ability to uncover new opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions. You’re a confident, solutions-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, regional banking environment. Ideally, you’ll also bring:

• Prior experience in a Relationship Management role, or a background in banking, finance or commerce – ideally in a rural or agricultural context
• Strong understanding of the unique needs and drivers of regional Agribusiness clients
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
• A track record in business development and identifying new opportunities, or the confidence to do so
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, economics or property economics (highly regarded)
• A willingness and ability to travel across Northeast NSW as required
