YOU | You are a motivated and solutions-oriented professional with a deep understanding of regional banking. You excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and varied stakeholders. Your ability to demonstrate professionalism and credibility in all business dealings will set you apart. Ideally, you bring:
• Proven experience in a Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role
• Expertise in commercial and/or agribusiness lending and complex financial structuring
• A track record in business development and achieving growth targets
• An understanding of the needs and attitudes of regional commercial banking customers
• Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships
• A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
THE ROLE | You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of premium commercial and agribusiness clients, implementing strong business development strategies, and fostering relationships with senior referral partners. If you are stepping into the role as an established senior relationship banker, you will also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring your team.
