Administrative Asisstant - Chartered Accounting Firm

Our boutique Chartered Accounting firm client is seeking a fulltime Administrative Assistant to join their friendly and professional team. YOU | You will be a key point of contact within the office, supporting the accounting team with a range of administrative duties while helping to maintain smooth daily operations and exceptional client service. You are confident in your ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will also bring:

• Previous experience in an administration role in an accounting firm is highly desirable
• Experience with Xero (essential), FYI Docs (desirable) and CAS 360 (desirable)
• Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Show initiative and be highly organised

THE ROLE | The Administrative Assistant will be managing front desk duties, maintaining client records and correspondence and providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:

• Reception and client liaison
• Managing a client relationship management system and electronic document system.
• Monitor and co-ordinate ATO correspondence and lodgements
• Responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed
• Attending to new Company, Trist and Self-Managed Super Fund set up
