Strengthen and manage a portfolio of Agribusiness banking customers while identifying opportunities for growth in this Senior Relationship Management role based in the Maranoa region of Southwest QLD. This is an ideal opportunity for an acquisitions-focused Banker or Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

YOU | Bring your expertise and professionalism to the Agribusiness Banking community. As a senior team member, you will demonstrate exceptional business acumen, credibility, and leadership in all interactions. You are a motivated and solutions-focused individual, confident in identifying opportunities in a dynamic environment and connecting with regional customers. You will also bring:

• Experience in a Banking Account Management or Relationship Management role.
• Proven business development skills and a strong track record of meeting growth targets.
• Experience in commercial/ agribusiness banking, cash flow lending, and complex deal structuring.
• A deep understanding of the needs and perspectives of regional banking customers.
• Excellent networking skills to foster professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.

THE ROLE | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships within the community, industry, and among referral partners. Drive positive customer experiences and outcomes by managing a key portfolio of clients while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. As a senior team member, you will also act as a mentor and coach, supporting the growth and development of your team.
