Test Coordinator ASO6 | Adelaide, CBD
Our South Australian government client is currently seeking an experienced ASO6 Test Co-Ordinator to lead and manage testing activities within a high-profile Finance Reform Program.
YOU | Bring your testing expertise, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach to a critical project aimed at transforming financial systems across South Australian Government agencies. You are proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable coordinating testing efforts in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. You will also bring:
• Proven experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with Oracle, Zephyr, and Opkey tools
• Sound understanding of financial processes, accounting systems, and government reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and present test results
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced project setting
• A current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
THE ROLE | As the ASO6 Test Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most significant financial system transformations in the South Australian Government. Reporting to the Director, Finance Reform Project, you’ll coordinate and oversee all aspects of testing for the implementation of a new Financial Management System that will replace the legacy Masterpiece platform.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the development and execution of detailed test plans across SIT, E2E, and UAT phases
• Coordinating testing schedules, resources, and issue resolution across internal teams and external partners
• Documenting test results and providing clear reporting to project leads and stakeholders
• Ensuring traceability of test cases to requirements using tools such as Zephyr and Opkey
• Collaborating with business, ICT, and finance teams to identify risks and test scenarios
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and quality assurance
