YOU | Bring your background in Banking Operations, Finance, or Settlements and your commitment to service excellence to a role that makes a real difference for both everyday and high-value customers. You’re confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and customer-focused results. You will also bring:
• Previous experience in Banking Operations, Finance Admin, or Customer Payments
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and transactions
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
• A team mindset and collaborative work style
• Confidence working with internal systems and data in a compliance-focused environment
THE ROLE | You’ll be a critical part of the Everyday Banking Operations – Customer Maintenance & Payments team. Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll support a variety of operational functions including:
• End-to-end processing of customer payments and urgent transactions
• Managing general account queries with accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting vulnerable and high-value clients with tailored solutions
• Completing complex data processing and ensuring all tasks meet regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Collaborating with a professional team to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes
