• Manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients, including medical practices, allied health professionals, and specialist service providers
• Develop and deliver effective, customised funding solutions with robust analytical and credit support

YOU | As a Relationship Manager within the Health Portfolio, you’ll develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with healthcare clients, industry stakeholders and external referral partners. You’ll actively network to attract new-to-bank healthcare customers while ensuring existing clients receive an exceptional, personalised experience. You’ll display professionalism, industry knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach. Ideally, you will also possess:

• In-depth knowledge of commercial lending and sophisticated deal structuring
• Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining trusted business relationships
• Strong capability in credit assessment, cashflow management, and financial analysis
• Proactive in driving business growth, with particular expertise in the healthcare sector highly regarded
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, team-focused environments

THE ROLE | You will manage and grow a specialised healthcare portfolio, supported by an experienced credit and analytics team. With a strong focus on cashflow lending and investment solutions, you’ll identify opportunities, structure tailored financial packages and work alongside clients to help them achieve their business ambitions.
