Service Desk Officer - Night Shift (ASO3) | Adelaide, SA

Are you looking for a Service Desk Officer (Night Shift) opportunity within a dynamic and supportive team? Our government client is currently seeking experienced Service Desk Officers for a 12-month Adelaide CBD assignment, with the potential for extension.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills through investigation, research, and consultation
- Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in ICT environments
- Experience working in a structured service desk or helpdesk setting
- Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate records
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with standard desktop applications and common support tools
- Scheduled work hours | 7:00pm to 7:00am, 4 days on and 4 days off

THE ROLE | As a Service Desk Officer, you’ll be responsible for providing proactive first-level support for a wide range of ICT incidents and service requests. You will manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, document interactions accurately, escalate complex issues as needed, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and service excellence. This role contributes to continuous service improvement aligned with strategic digital health initiatives.
