YOU | You thrive in high-pressure environments and bring a calm, solution-focused mindset to every task. You’re an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering fast, accurate outcomes that truly make a difference. You may have experience in banking operations, client services, or customer support roles, particularly those involving high-value, time-sensitive processes.
Your background may include:
• Financial services experience in banking, customer operations, or transaction processing
• Confidence handling urgent, business-critical requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Strong multitasking ability and accuracy in high-volume environments
• Proficiency navigating complex systems and coordinating with multiple internal teams
• A team-first mindset and willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and processes
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality assurance standards
THE ROLE | This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting business relationship teams and corporate clients by delivering accurate, same-day processing of high-value and time-sensitive financial transactions. Your attention to detail and customer-first approach will help maintain trust and confidence at critical moments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing urgent customer requests including opening and funding high-value Term Deposits
• Coordinating cash flow transactions to meet payroll and wage obligations
• Master mandate account opening and maintenance
• Internal and external same-day funds transfers and settlements
• Handling payment rejections (Pay/No Pay) and ensuring timely resolution
• Day 1 in-process Quality Assurance (QA) checks for accuracy and compliance
• Managing general account maintenance and refund requests
