YOU | With a strong background in Agricultural Banking, you will demonstrate high levels of professionalism and credibility within the banking community, well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional businesses. Your leadership and coaching skills, combined with your strategic mindset and commitment to business improvement, make you the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity.

A flexible working model is available, with intrastate and interstate travel forming a key component of the role. Ideally, you will also demonstrate:

• Leadership experience in a similar role, with exposure to Agribusiness Banking
• A proven ability to lead and coach a successful team, driving business growth and development outcomes
• A deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of regional and rural banking customers
• Experience working with beef, dairy, and horticulture clients highly regarded
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | As Regional Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team across the region while fostering strong, long-term relationships with the community, industry, and referral partners. You will play a key role in executing strategic and acquisition plans, with a particular focus on building a robust post-farmgate offering and deepening the organisation’s regional influence.

This is a leadership role with significant scope to shape team culture, enhance process efficiency, and refine client engagement strategies, delivering meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business.
