Corporate Systems Support Analyst (ServiceNow)

Our government client is seeking an experience Corporate Systems Support Analyst for providing effective change management control with respect to ServiceNow application.

YOU | Bring your analytical mindset and financial acumen to this exciting opportunity within a collaborative government environment. Your ability to interpret data, review performance metrics, and meet deadlines with precision will be key to your success in this role. You’ll also bring:
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational review
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word and Outlook (Intermediate level)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Background in finance or accounts payable/receivable (highly desirable)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Sharp numerical reasoning and research/data collection skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

THE ROLE | Reporting to the Director, AP/AR Process Management Team within Financial Services, you will play a key role in reviewing operational performance (eMite) tasks and timings. Your analytical and reporting capabilities will directly support the continuous improvement of finance operations. Your day-to-day may include:
• Collecting, analysing, and reporting operational performance data
• Reviewing process timings and performance metrics • Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency
• Supporting project documentation and reporting requirements
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily and project targets
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all analysis and reporting activities
