Senior Business Banker | Southern WA

Take on a senior role that supports one of regional Australia’s most important industries. Based in a key agricultural and export region on Western Australia’s southern seaboard, an area known for its broadacre farming communities and vibrant coastal tourism, you’ll partner with established farming operations and larger commercial enterprises to deliver tailored lending solutions and strategic support. This is an opportunity to influence real outcomes across a diverse client base while being part of a collaborative and well-supported regional banking team.

• Manage a substantial portfolio across both agribusiness and commercial clients
• Help drive long-term regional growth as part of a committed, community-focused team

YOU | In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to clients right across the agricultural landscape, developing relationships built on professionalism, industry knowledge, and genuine integrity. You’ll be proactive, commercially aware, and confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. To thrive in this position, you will ideally bring:

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of agriculture and the realities of running farming businesses
• Solid credit skills, particularly in cashflow lending and structuring more complex deals
• Proven success in growing a portfolio and attracting new clients
• A well-established network of contacts and referral partners within the industry

THE ROLE | You’ll look after a high-value portfolio of farming enterprises and larger commercial customers, working with them to understand their priorities and provide solutions that support their long-term plans. You’ll collaborate with specialists across the business and maintain strong connections with external stakeholders to ensure clients receive excellent service and consistent support.
