THE ROLE | As a Senior Case Manager Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vulnerability, hardship, or financial stress. You will listen, assess their needs, and provide tailored support, ensuring each customer feels heard and supported. This includes helping customers navigate banking processes, identifying appropriate assistance pathways, and escalating cases when required.
You will maintain accurate records, collaborate closely with specialist support teams, and uphold high levels of professionalism, empathy, and care throughout every interaction.
