YOU | You are driven by helping customer businesses grow and thrive, and you take pride in building trusted, long-term relationships across the local community, industry groups, and referral networks. A confident and authentic communicator, you bring professionalism and credibility to your role and understand the nuances of operating in a regional commercial market. You are comfortable navigating both opportunities and challenges facing businesses in East Gippsland. Ideally, you will also demonstrate:

• A strong understanding of regional business needs and local market dynamics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and referral partners.
• Experience in commercial banking, including cash flow lending and deal structuring.
• Confidence in identifying and converting business development opportunities.
• A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (highly regarded).

THE ROLE | This is a relationship-focused role with strong scope for career development. You will deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions that meet customer needs while supporting portfolio growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and product specialists, you will deepen existing relationships and grow your portfolio through community engagement and new client acquisition. You will take ownership of structuring lending solutions, supported by sound analysis and risk awareness.
