Utilise your relationship management expertise to drive growth and strengthen a key Commercial Banking portfolio in Southern QLD. In this Senior Relationship Manager role, you’ll become a valued member of a high-performing team within a respected organisation, delivering meaningful outcomes and growth for your clients.

• Manage a diverse Commercial customer portfolio and lead business growth initiatives
• Expand your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as key stakeholders
• Leadership opportunity overseeing a large and successful Commercial portfolio

YOU | As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry partners, and referral networks, while ensuring positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will demonstrate professionalism, credibility, and a solutions-focused mindset within the Commercial Banking sector. Ideally, you will also bring:

• Experience in a Commercial Lending or Relationship Management role
• Strong understanding of the Commercial Banking industry
• Previous cash flow lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring experience
• Proven ability to build rapport, drive business development, and achieve growth targets

THE ROLE | You will manage a key portfolio of large Commercial Banking clients, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver superior customer outcomes. As a senior team member, you will also act as a mentor and coach, supporting the development of colleagues.
