Relationship Manager | Northwest Victoria
Strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth in this exciting opportunity for an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, based in Northwest Victoria.
• Manage a high-performing Agribusiness Banking portfolio, contributing to regional growth objectives
• Expand your professional networks and build strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for, and understanding of, Agribusiness and regional communities
YOU | You will bring a high level of professionalism and credibility within the banking or financial services sector, coupled with a strong understanding of regional clients and their business needs. Ideally, you will have experience as a Relationship Manager and be well versed in business development. You will also display:
• Experience working in commerce, finance, or banking (including lending and credit), ideally within a rural or agricultural environment
• Strong understanding of the business drivers, needs, and attitudes of regional Agribusiness customers
• Proven ability to network effectively and maintain strong professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in business development and prospecting
• Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a formal qualification in an economic or financial discipline (highly regarded)
THE ROLE | As an Agribusiness Relationship Banker, you will develop and deliver tailored, win-win solutions that meet your clients’ needs, objectives, and interests. You will play a key role in increasing market share and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support and strengthen the bank’s Agribusiness specialisation and regional presence.
For experienced Relationship Managers, there is a clear pathway to step into a Senior Relationship Manager position within 12–24 months, subject to performance and regional business growth.
