- Experience in financial services, estates administration, senior contact centre environments, or complex case management

THE ROLE | You’ll manage estate matters end-to-end, assessing written requests, identifying vulnerability cues, and determining the appropriate servicing and escalation pathways. Using information gathered from estate documentation and holdings, you’ll ensure each case is progressed fairly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and legal obligations.
