Senior Relationship Manager | Southwest QLD
Utilise your relationship management expertise to strengthen and grow a high-value, diverse portfolio of customers, whilst identifying new opportunities for development in this Senior Relationship Management role based in regional Queensland.
• Manage a diverse Regional Commercial & Agribusiness portfolio and drive strategic business growth initiatives
• Expand your networks and build trusted relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders
YOU | You will be a confident relationship manager with a genuine commitment to delivering strong customer outcomes. You will build and maintain credible, long-term relationships across the community, industry networks and referral partners, whilst consistently delivering a high standard of professionalism and service. You will be commercially astute, proactive in identifying opportunities, and comfortable operating autonomously within a regional market. Ideally, you will also possess:
• Experience in a similar senior banking or relationship management role
• Strong business development capability, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets
• Sound understanding of the needs and expectations of a broad business and agribusiness customer base
• Ability to network effectively and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A disciplined approach to credit, compliance and risk management
THE ROLE | You will manage a key portfolio of diverse regional commercial and agribusiness banking clients, providing tailored solutions and strategic support to assist customers in achieving their business goals. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will deliver a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities to deepen relationships across broader banking and financial services. As a senior team member, you will also act as a coach and mentor, contributing to the development and performance of the wider team.
