Content Developer (AS06) | Adelaide CBD

Join a leading South Australian Government agency based in the Adelaide CBD as a Content Developer on a short-term contract, supporting a landmark transformation program modernising financial management systems across Government.

YOU | Bring your expertise in content development, learning design and change communication to a high-impact reform initiative. You will also demonstrate:

• Proven experience developing high-quality change and learning artefacts across digital and written mediums.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Teams, with strong adherence to branding and template standards.
• Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, partnering effectively with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation, governance frameworks and compliance requirements, including WHS and risk management principles.

THE ROLE | Play a key role in delivering a major whole-of-government transformation program.

• Design and develop engaging learning and change materials to support training and early adoption.
• Produce stakeholder engagement artefacts including presentations, digital content, videos and training documentation.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders to define content requirements and support delivery milestones.
• Maintain compliant records and uphold Public Sector principles, including Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety.
