Relationship Manager | Central Coast NSW

YOU | As a key driver of portfolio growth, you will take ownership of business development by engaging directly with businesses across your professional network and the broader community. You will build strong, long-term client relationships while gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals and financial needs. Representing the organisation with professionalism and expertise, the successful candidate will bring:

• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new business growth.
• A solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small-to-medium businesses on the Central Coast and surrounding NSW regions.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain meaningful professional connections.
• Experience in commercial or SME lending, including credit analysis and deal structuring.
• Proven ability to support portfolio growth while maintaining strong credit discipline and risk management.
• A degree in business, finance or a related discipline (highly regarded).
