Category Support Officer

Are you an experienced Administrator or Support Officer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy and compliance? We are seeking a Category Support Officer to join a dynamic Supply Chain team within a highly regarded organisation.

YOU | We are looking for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across systems, data, and stakeholder interactions. You will bring strong administrative capability, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to supporting team outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within procurement or supply chain
Strong data entry and data management skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency across MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Word
Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to source and validate information from multiple systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement capability
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

THE ROLE | In this role, you will provide essential administrative and data support to the Supply Chain team, contributing to compliance, reporting, and procurement processes. You will maintain procurement systems and databases, support accurate and timely reporting, and assist with contract administration activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams and suppliers to gather and validate information, investigate discrepancies, and ensure high-quality data integrity. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader team functions as required.
