Logistics Officer | Adelaide CBD

Are you an experienced Logistics Officer with a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and warehousing operations? We are seeking a skilled Logistics Officer to support a high-performing Supply Chain team within a well-regarded organisation.

YOU | We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely inventory and procurement services while maintaining a strong customer focus. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident managing store operations, stakeholder relationships, and logistics processes.

Experience in inventory and store/warehousing operations
Understanding of procurement and inventory management procedures, or the ability to quickly learn
Current forklift licence and Class C driver’s licence
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High attention to detail with the ability to manage stock accuracy, discrepancies, and process improvements

THE ROLE | In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and compliant logistics and inventory services across a geographically dispersed operational environment. This includes picking, packing, and coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and ensuring all transactions and records are up to date. You will manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, support low-value procurement activities, and ensure all processes align with safety, compliance, and organisational standards. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and optimised warehouse environment while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting a culture of service excellence.
