ASO5 Payroll Coordinator

Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for your next contract opportunity? This role is a 3-month contract based in the Adelaide CBD, supporting a large SA Government department.

YOU | A detail-oriented payroll specialist with strong knowledge of Awards, legislation and HRMS systems. Confident advising stakeholders at all levels, you bring a collaborative approach and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of Awards, Agreements and relevant legislation
- Experience with HRMS platforms and payroll reconciliations (Alesco/Dayforce/Ascender or similar)
- Proven ability to provide expert advice on complex payroll and entitlement matters
- High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Public sector experience highly regarded

THE ROLE | Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, this role manages HRMS updates, leave and position management, statutory reporting and provides expert advisory services to managers and employees across the department.
