YOU | You bring solid experience in ICT support and customer service, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You will also bring:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability through investigation, research, and consultation
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in an ICT service desk environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Experience working with call management, support tools, and knowledge management systems
• Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate records
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Sound knowledge of standard desktop applications and systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to shared outcomes
THE ROLE | Opportunities of this nature typically involve delivering customer-focused ICT support, managing incoming calls and emails, resolving incidents and service requests, and ensuring users are kept informed throughout the process. Responsibilities generally include a focus on first-call resolution, accurate documentation, user administration tasks, and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.
