YOU | As a key driver of growth, this role will focus on developing and nurturing relationships within the local business community. Success will come from the ability to engage confidently, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions that support long-term client success. The successful candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in business banking lending and managing end-to-end lending transactions.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Experience managing B2B partnerships and collaborating with referral networks.
• Confidence, ambition, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
• A genuine passion for supporting and growing local businesses.

THE ROLE | This position plays a critical role in expanding the SME portfolio by originating and managing lending opportunities while delivering seamless customer experiences. Working closely with internal specialists and referral partners, tailored solutions will be developed to meet client needs. A strong focus will be placed on building new-to-bank relationships and strengthening existing connections across Victoria.
