Senior Relationship Manager | Northern NSW

Take on a senior role within a leading Commercial Banking team, supporting business customers across a diverse regional portfolio. In this role, you’ll partner with established commercial clients to deliver tailored cashflow lending solutions and strategic financial support. This is an opportunity to build strong customer relationships, grow new business opportunities, and make a meaningful impact within a high-performing banking environment.

YOU | In this role, you’ll be a trusted banking partner to a broad range of commercial customers, building relationships based on integrity, professionalism, and strong financial acumen. You’ll be commercially minded, proactive, and confident working across a dynamic client base. To succeed in this position, you will ideally bring:

• Strong experience in commercial banking or relationship management
• Solid understanding of cashflow lending and structured credit solutions
• Proven success in managing and growing a portfolio
• Confidence in acquiring new clients and building strong business networks
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with internal product specialists

THE ROLE | You’ll manage a high-value and diversified commercial portfolio, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that support long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with internal specialists and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and strong customer outcomes, while actively identifying opportunities to expand relationships.
