Transformation Change Director | Adelaide CBD, SA

Join a dynamic Government Agency in Adelaide CBD as a Transformation Change Director, leading enterprise-wide change across a major Growth Transformation program focused on delivering sustainable and modern water services for South Australia.

YOU | Bring your extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation and change programs within complex organisations. You will also bring:
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation, including digital, operating model and process change initiatives
• Strong capability in developing and delivering integrated change strategies across multi-workstream programs
• Demonstrated expertise in digital adoption, ensuring new systems, tools and ways of working are embedded and sustained
• High-level stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Experience in change impact assessment, business readiness planning and adoption measurement frameworks
• Proven ability to lead change communications strategy and oversee consistent, effective transformation messaging
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams in complex, matrix environments
• Experience working within regulated, public sector or utilities environments (highly regarded)

THE ROLE | Lead the end-to-end change strategy and execution across the Growth Transformation program, ensuring successful adoption of new digital capabilities, processes and operating model changes.
• Develop and deliver the integrated transformation change strategy aligned to program roadmap and business priorities
• Drive adoption of digital tools, systems and new ways of working across impacted business areas
• Lead business readiness, change impact assessment and stakeholder engagement activities across the program
• Oversee transformation communications strategy in partnership with communications leads to ensure alignment and clarity
• Orchestrate change across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks and cumulative change impact
• Establish change governance, adoption metrics and readiness frameworks to support decision-making and go-live success
• Build leadership alignment and strengthen executive sponsorship across the transformation program
• Lead, coach and develop the change team to deliver high-quality, coordinated change outcomes
