YOU | You are a commercially minded relationship manager with a strong understanding of the agribusiness sector and a passion for supporting regional customers. You are confident building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions that create value for clients.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring:

• Proven experience in agribusiness banking, commercial banking, or a relationship management role.
• Strong business development and portfolio management capabilities.
• A sound understanding of the opportunities, risks, and challenges facing Australian agribusiness customers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and structure appropriate banking solutions.
• An established connection to regional South Australia and a genuine interest in supporting regional communities.

THE ROLE | You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of agribusiness customers while strengthening relationships across the broader regional network.
