YOU | You are a motivated and commercially minded banking professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes. You bring a proactive approach to business development, strong financial acumen and a genuine interest in supporting regional communities and businesses.

Ideally, you will bring:
• Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Agribusiness Banking or Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and/or agribusiness lending and credit principles.
• Demonstrated success in business development, portfolio growth and relationship management.
• The ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and networking capabilities.
• Sound commercial judgement, risk awareness and credit assessment skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

THE ROLE | As a Relationship Executive, you will manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers across the Great Southern region. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide tailored banking solutions and identify opportunities for growth. Through proactive relationship management, business development and collaboration with internal specialists, you will drive portfolio performance while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. For more experienced candidates, there may also be opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to broader regional growth initiatives.

Open to candidates across the Great Southern, South West and Perth regions who are comfortable travelling to maintain strong customer relationships and support portfolio growth.
