• Manage a large, diverse portfolio of established commercial and agribusiness customers and drive sustainable growth
• Work with new and existing stakeholders, including farming families and business owners, to identify opportunities for new partnerships and portfolio expansion
• Find reward in developing and maintaining strong local relationships with a focus on superior service, trusted advice, and community outcomes
YOU | Bring strong experience in agribusiness or commercial banking, with high levels of professionalism, credibility, and commercial acumen. As a senior team member, you will demonstrate strong credit capability, customer focus, and business development skills across complex lending environments. You will be a driven, solutions-oriented individual confident in managing portfolio growth and building trusted relationships in regional markets. Ideally you will also possess:
• Experience in a similar Commercial, Agribusiness, Banking Account Management or Relationship Management role
• Strong capability in customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and meeting business development targets
• Solid understanding of credit assessment, cashflow analysis, and deal structuring within regional industries
• Ability to build and maintain trusted referral networks and stakeholder relationships across diverse sectors
THE ROLE | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with commercial and agribusiness customers, industry partners, and referral networks, while delivering strong customer outcomes across the full business lifecycle. You will manage a key portfolio of clients and work closely with internal specialists to structure tailored solutions, support growth opportunities, and deliver end-to-end banking support. As a senior team member, you will also contribute to coaching and supporting peers within the team.
