Play a key role in regional agribusiness development in this Senior Relationship Management opportunity, focusing on supporting agricultural businesses across regional Australia. This role is ideal for an experienced Agribusiness Banker or Relationship Manager looking to strengthen existing customer relationships while driving new business growth and portfolio expansion.

• Build and grow strong networks across family-owned farming operations and commercial agribusiness clients, identifying opportunities for new partnerships
• Develop and maintain trusted local relationships with a strong focus on superior service, customer outcomes, and community connection
YOU | As Senior Agribusiness Manager, bring strong experience in agribusiness banking and relationship management, with the ability to build credible, long-term partnerships across regional communities. You will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, commercial acumen, and confidence in navigating the challenges and opportunities within Australian agribusiness. You are customer-focused, proactive, and skilled at identifying growth opportunities in a portfolio environment. Ideally you will also possess:
• Strong experience in agribusiness banking or senior relationship management roles within regional markets
• Proven capability in customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and business development outcomes
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, cashflow analysis, and deal structuring within agribusiness sectors
• Ability to build and maintain trusted referral networks and stakeholder relationships across regional industries
THE ROLE | As a senior team member, you will act as a coach and mentor within the broader team while managing an end-to-end relationship portfolio. You will work closely with internal specialists to structure tailored solutions, support customer growth, and deliver strong banking outcomes for agribusiness clients. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sustainable regional development.
