Relationship Manager | Eyre Peninsula

Build strong relationships and drive growth across a diverse agribusiness portfolio in this Relationship Manager role based on the Eyre Peninsula. Working closely with local farmers, business owners, and community stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in understanding customer goals, delivering tailored lending solutions, and helping businesses achieve their ambitions.

YOU | As Relationship Manager, you will be a trusted banking partner for customers across the Eyre Peninsula, combining strong relationship management skills with a proactive approach to business development. You will enjoy being out in the market, building connections, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that support the success of local businesses and agricultural operators. Ideally, you will bring:

• A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a genuine focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
• Confidence developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Experience in commercial and/or agribusiness lending, including structuring lending solutions and managing customer needs.
• Strong credit assessment skills, including cashflow lending, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
• The ability to understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions that support sustainable business growth.
• Experience working with commercial or agribusiness customers is highly regarded; however, we welcome candidates with transferable banking experience and a strong desire to grow within the sector.

THE ROLE | You will manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers across the Eyre Peninsula. You will spend time in-market building relationships, understanding local industries, identifying growth opportunities, and providing lending solutions ranging from everyday business needs through to more complex funding requirements. Supported by a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within the local community.
