ASO6 Change Analyst | Adelaide, SA

Are you an experienced Change Analyst looking to make an impact on a large-scale transformation program? We are currently recruiting for an exciting ASO6 contract opportunity with a leading South Australian Government organisation, commencing ASAP through to 5 November 2026, with the possibility of extension or ongoing employment.

YOU | Bring your experience in organisational change, stakeholder engagement and communications to this rewarding opportunity. You'll be confident undertaking change impact assessments, developing training and communication strategies, facilitating workshops, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your strong communication skills, analytical mindset and proactive approach will see you thrive in this dynamic project environment.

THE ROLE | You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new Financial Management System (FMS) across multiple government agencies. Working within a dedicated change team, you will undertake change impact assessments, develop communication and training materials, facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, and support user readiness and adoption to ensure a successful transition. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant government transformation program while working alongside a collaborative and experienced project team.
