YOU | You are an experienced Agribusiness Banking professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for developing people. Whether you are an established leader or a Senior Relationship Manager ready to take the next step, you will bring credibility within the agricultural sector, sound judgement and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Ideally, you will demonstrate:
• Leadership or coaching experience within Agribusiness or Commercial Banking
• A proven ability to deliver business growth, portfolio performance and customer outcomes
• Strong credit and risk management capability across complex lending environments
• Knowledge of SA's key agricultural industries, including broadacre cropping, livestock, viticulture and horticulture
• The ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and industry networks
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement

THE ROLE | As Regional Manager, you will lead and support a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers, providing strategic direction, coaching and guidance to achieve regional objectives.

You will play a key role in growing market presence, supporting customer outcomes and ensuring the delivery of tailored banking solutions that align with the needs of agricultural businesses.

This role offers the opportunity to influence team performance, strengthen external partnerships and contribute to the ongoing success of a respected agribusiness division.

Regular travel throughout South Australia will form part of the role.
