ASO7 Product Designer (UX/UI) Adelaide

Are you an experienced Product Designer with strong UX/UI expertise looking to contribute to a major digital transformation program? We are currently recruiting for an exciting 6–8 month contract opportunity with a leading South Australian Government organisation, commencing September/October 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on project timelines and deliverables.

YOU | Bring your UX/UI and product design experience to this exciting opportunity.

You will have:
• Strong experience in UX/UI and product design.
• Experience developing responsive digital designs.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
• The ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
• Experience designing across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment.

THE ROLE | You will support Phase 2 design work for the Learner Profile Program.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing digital experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Creating sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
• Developing detailed UI designs.
• Undertaking user research and usability testing.
• Contributing to design systems and style guides.
• Working closely with end users and business stakeholders.
• Providing UX/UI guidance across the project.
• Ensuring solutions meet accessibility and user needs.
