We are currently seeking a talented Talent Solutions Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in recruitment across the agribusiness and agribusiness banking sectors. We welcome conversations with recruiters at varying levels of experience, from developing consultants through to experienced senior recruiters.

YOU | Bring your recruitment experience, strong relationship-building skills and genuine interest in working with clients and candidates across regional and metropolitan Australia. You are comfortable having meaningful career conversations, building trust over time and developing a strong understanding of your market. Previous experience across agribusiness, rural, banking or specialist professional recruitment would be highly regarded, however recruiters from other sectors who are keen to develop expertise in this space are encouraged to apply.

THE ROLE | You will work across a warm and established national portfolio, supporting recruitment across agribusiness banking, relationship management, leadership and broader agribusiness opportunities. This is a highly relationship-led market where long-term networks, industry knowledge and trusted partnerships are key. You will have the opportunity to grow an existing desk, develop new relationships and work closely with experienced professionals, hiring managers and industry leaders across Australia. The scope of the role can be tailored depending on your level of experience.
