Talent Solutions Consultant | Health

We are currently seeking a talented Talent Solutions Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in recruitment across the health and aged care sectors. We welcome conversations with recruiters at varying levels of experience, from developing consultants through to experienced senior recruiters.

YOU | Bring your recruitment experience, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for building trusted relationships with clients and candidates. You understand the importance of responsiveness, care and attention to detail when recruiting in people-focused sectors. Previous health, aged care, nursing or specialist recruitment experience would be highly regarded, although recruiters from other sectors who are interested in developing their expertise within health are also encouraged to apply.

THE ROLE | You will support and grow recruitment activity across the health and aged care sectors, working with an established network while continuing to develop new client and candidate relationships. Opportunities may span clinical, operational, leadership and specialist appointments across permanent and contingent recruitment. This is an opportunity to build a desk within a growing area of the business while delivering a personalised, relationship-first recruitment experience. The role can be shaped around your experience, strengths and longer-term career goals.
