Service Desk Team Leader (Day Shift) | Adelaide

Are you an experienced Service Desk professional ready to step into a leadership role with a government client? We are currently recruiting an experienced Service Desk Team Leader for a full-time contract opportunity based in Adelaide CBD.

YOU | Bring your ICT Service Desk leadership experience and strong customer service focus to this opportunity. Your ability to lead and develop a team, manage performance against KPI’s and drive continuous improvement will see you thrive in this role.

THE ROLE | You will lead and support a team of Service Desk Officers, focusing on performance, skills development and delivering a high standard of customer service. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, process development and problem solving across the Service Desk. This is a day shift role, Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.

THE CLIENT | Our client is a government organisation offering the opportunity to work within a professional ICT environment, supporting a team focused on quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

$50.00 per hour
26 October 2026 – 25 June 2027
Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Day shift
Current National Police Check issued within the last 12 months required
