• Position yourself for continued career progression within a supportive and values-driven organisation.
YOU | As a Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will develop trusted relationships with clients and the broader agricultural community, delivering tailored banking solutions that support their financial and business objectives.

Ideally, you will bring:
• Experience in Agribusiness, Commercial or Business Banking with responsibility for managing lending portfolios and customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of agricultural industries, seasonal cycles, market conditions and the challenges facing regional businesses.
• Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, credit assessment and structuring complex lending solutions.
• Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate referrals and grow a portfolio.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• The ability and willingness to travel regularly from Melbourne to Central Victoria.
