Small Business Banker
Develop and foster relationships with new and existing customers in this regionally-based Business Banker role. Provide quality banking services to your customer base to help them grow their businesses in regional New South Wales.

This comes as a unique opportunity to establish yourself in the region and position yourself for future progression within a banking Relationship Management field. This role will see you develop and deliver win-win solutions that meet your customer’s needs, objectives and interests, as well as increase market share and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives. You will work with varied stakeholders across the business, in particular working to ensure the success of the organisations ongoing growth targets.
You will be responsible for new business growth, meeting revenue targets, and compliance and service targets of the Business Banking segment. It is essential that you are able to display high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings. In addition, it is critical that you are an individual with a strong professional brand with a solid foundational understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the region.

• Banking knowledge (including credit and lending areas)
• Demonstrated experience in a rural banking account management role (preferred)
• Degree in business, finance or related discipline.
